This relationship needs to be cultivated and it is the result of a three step process: improving your corporate reputation; becoming a trusted actor for your stakeholders, and building and managing a fruitful relationship with them, grounded in mutual trust.

Empowerment

We develop training projects on labour law themes and best working relationship management practices. Our goal is to provide managers with knowledge as well as operative tools to strengthen their professional role and position.

Mindfulness counselling

Making managers aware of professional ethics and ethical codes observance, inspiring courses in leadership, workplace issues, cross culture issues. Awareness and inner growth paths focused on the single individual person: body, mind and emotions. Through a didactic approach, everyone is empowered to access their own personal authenticity and to have a clear vision of themselves and of their activities

CSR & CULTURE

The expansion of CSR has brought with it a greater requirement for business to evaluate its work in the community and its impact.

The Art Bonus encourages businesses to invest in the restoration of cultural entities by offering them a tax bonus equal to a deduction of 65% of their donation in favor of museums, archaeological sites, archives, libraries, theaters, and lyrical symphony foundations.

As CSR develops, arts activities with a community focus are particularly useful in engaging with stakeholders and influencing influencers, as they combine public initiatives with the opportunity to showcase a company’s commitment.

Management of art restoration and communication

Feasibility study and restoration project, in partnership with local authorities and superintendents.
Communication plan to value the sponsor firm’s relationships with the stakeholders and the territory/community.

Two stages for authorities and companies:

  • CSR oriented art restoration: creation of employment in the area; engagement of public opinion through media and digital communication (crowdfunding).
  • Conservation  of Cultural heritage: Maintenance of the project after completion is important- it as also important for social cohesion

The connections between the environment, business and corporate reputation is becoming more and more crucial for consumers, the media and institutions. This is particularly true for industries like food production, farming, chemical and so on.
