HUMAN COOPERATION

Human Cooperation marks a new corporate culture policy, sensitive to the needs of people, and aiming at enhancing talents and skills

Valore D and Aggiornamenti Sociali promoted the Engagement Meeting titled “Human Cooperation in the companies: cooperation between companies and the third sector” with the advice of Heritage House.

The core of the new corporate culture is communication and cooperation among genders and generations, which leads to a better awareness of individual and collective professionalism, creating a spontaneous open-mindedness towards cooperation and a corporate environment that promotes employee well-being, also including the experiences of the third sector.

The discussion has been led by Father Giacomo Costa sj, Director of Aggiornamenti Sociali. Alessandro Rosina, Professor of  Demography, Faculty of Economics, Università Cattolica of Milan, focused  on the value of women and young people as actors of the economic growth and social wealth starting from the Millennials. Stefanie Clemen, Professor at the University of Applied Science of Cologne, talked about the women condition within the German companies, focusing on the importance of an optimal management of Diversity and the welfare services offered to the employees, especially from the medium-sized enterprises in partnership with the third sector. Edoardo Patriarca, Italian MP, member of the Committee on Social Affairs, spoke about the need for cooperation between enterprises and third sector, with the help of a good politics, to strengthen the whole Country, demanding for an alliance between “people of good will”. He also reported about the efforts of the Government to stimulate a stronger cooperation between companies and third sector, highlighting that also the labour reform, recently approved by the Parliament, tries to supports this cooperation. Anna Zattoni, General Manager Valore D, concluded the discussion launching the Call to Action for Human Cooperation emphasizing the need for a new leadership model, intergenerational dialogue and an opening to the third sector.
