Elisabetta Moroni

managing director

Graduated in Modern History at the University of Milan, after a Master in Public Relations, she briefly dealt with political communication. Her first work experience is in the GCI network and in 2008 she joined MSL (Publicis) where for 16 years she dealt with corporate, healthcare and crisis communication.
He held the role of General Manager in MSL Italy and coordinator of the European working group in the healthcare sector, organizing international events on sector issues.
For years he coordinated the management of a big client in the food sector, in Italy, participating in parallel to international projects with a view to Global Client.
He taught pharma communication and corporate social responsibility at the Master del Sole 24 ore. He has been MD of Heritage House since April 2015, as well as a business partner.
He is dealing with corporate reputation, business education and CSR and collaboration projects between the business world and the third sector.
He created the Architectural partnership together with the Social Updates think tank.

Federico Cerrato

I have been dealing with communication for over 20 years. I started working when the net was only used for fishing. After graduating in Economics and Commerce in Milan, I started a professional career in the main Public Relations agencies. In the years at the turn of the century, I experienced the growth of the Internet, the swelling and deflating of the new economy, the millennium bug and the birth of new communication opportunities. I taught business communication and public relations, assisted multinational and non-multinational companies, managed corporate and personal crises. Now I try to find a way in the complexity of today's communication by crossing classic methodologies and new platforms. When I'm not in the office, I repair wooden boats or vintage cars ... or I'm in Marrakech.

Roberto Adriani

Director

Roberto Adriani has been working in the field of Public Relations for 17 years, immediately dealing with Crisis Communication, with particular experience in the pharmaceutical and agro-chemical world.
He has also gained significant experience in corporate communication and in strengthening corporate reputation.
For 13 years he worked in MSL Group, an international public relations agency, itself part of the French communication group Publicis, listed on the Paris Stock Exchange.
At MSL Roberto was responsible for the Crisis Communication & Public Affairs practice.
In Heritage House, where he is Senior Partner, he coordinates Crisis and Corporate projects, coordinating with the international work teams - when required by the projects - of the PROI Worldwide network, of which Heritage House is a part.
Roberto is also an adjunct professor at the State University of Milan, where he teaches Languages ​​of the Media to Erasmus students. He is also professor of Crisis Communication at the Master of the Academy of Communication. Alongside this activity, he also works as a speaker at international conferences on the subject of corporate reputation.
Graduated in Political Science at the University of Pisa, he subsequently obtained a master's degree in Business Communication at the Academy of Communication.
Member of FERPI, EUPRERA, EURASIA Research and member of the Order of Journalists.
For some years he has also been a member of the international jury of the Romanian Public Relations Award.

Patrick Trancu

Patrick Trancu is considered one of the leading Italian experts in crisis preparation and management. He began his professional career in the field of Corporate Communication where he worked for about 30 years alongside multinational companies, gradually specializing more and more on the issues of crisis management and communication.

Among the most important interventions the management of crisis communication alongside SAS Lines Aree Scandinave in relation to the Linate accident of 8 October 2001 which cost the lives of 118 people.

IATA certified in crisis management Patrick is a permanent member of crisis units of client companies and focuses his intervention on the three phases of the crisis: preparation, management and recovery.

Lucia Galluzzi

Graduated in Food Science and enrolled in the Order of Food Technologists (OTAL), Lucia joined Heritage House as a Senior Consultant Corporate and Life-Science, after an experience in Unichips Group as Director of External Relations.
Lucia has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Corporate and Product Communication, Nutritional Communication, Public Affairs and Relations with stakeholders for the food industry.
In particular, he has always held positions of responsibility in the area of ​​Crisis Prevention and Crisis Management, ensuring the preparation and implementation of specific communication plans and managing crisis situations, also in collaboration with international teams; he also led the development of manuals and the definition of internal company flow processes.
Her professional career began in Hoffman La Roche within the Vitamins Division, for which she dealt with technical-nutritional assistance and Public Affairs and institutional communications activities.
Lucia then arrives in Kellogg's Italy initially covering the role of Nutrition Manager and then joining the Executive Committee of the Company assuming the role of Nutrition & Corporate Affairs Director.

Diana Guarnieri

Parliamentary interpreter, Diana graduated in Modern Foreign Languages ​​and Literatures at IULM with a thesis that reveals her eclectic soul: Angela's Ashes: a Memoir (1996) by Frank McCourt and the film adaptation by Alan Parker.
Polyglot, she lived and studied abroad acquiring an international mindset that allows her to devote herself not only to corporate communication projects for client companies but also to cultural projects promoted by companies.
At Heritage since 2018, he previously gained extensive experience working for clients in the aviation, tourism and biotechnology sectors, as well as collaborating in crisis management.
She loves reading, cinema and gardening but music is really essential to her.

David Sevalié

David Sevalié has collaborated with Heritage-House since its foundation as Senior Consultat, giving his contribution in the development and implementation of communication projects in the corporate, employee engagement and CSR fields (with particular attention to the involvement of the third sector).
Classical studies, a passion for reading and languages, as well as an intense professional activity, led David to refine his composition and writing skills, making him a reference for the agency's copywriting activities.
After graduating in Classics and a PhD in History of the Ancient Near East, David worked in university research in Paris before returning to Italy and starting a new career. At the end of the master's degree in “Marketing and Business Communication” at the Accademia di Comunicazione, in Milan, he joined MSL Italia (Publicis Group), where he worked on corporate communication for leading national and international companies.

Since January 2018 he has held the role of manager in Heritage House, where he currently deals with corporate communication, marketing support and press office for Sperlari, TAP Air Portugal, IBSA Derma, Serenity / Ontex customers, as well as contributing to the development of projects especially in the Food and Healthcare fields.
After two first short experiences in the field of events and advertising, Stefania worked 14 years in TT&A, where she gained important experience in Public Relations, dealing with corporate communication and marketing and managing the press office for international clients of various sectors including: Amway, Groupon, Imperial Tobacco, Life Fitness, Motorola, Sony. During that time he gained in-depth knowledge in the field of tourism and aviation working for: Austrian Airlines, Eurocopter, IBAR, Star Alliance, TAP Air Portugal, Turismo de Lisboa and Turkish Airlines.

Eleonora began her career in Public Relations in MSL Italy (Publicis Group), working in the Crisis Communication & Public Affairs business unit. Over the years she has dealt with various clients in the Food & Nutrition, Pharma, Finance, Tech and Aerospace sectors. Versatile and eclectic, she has developed experience in media & stakeholder relations, event planning, digital PR, social media strategy.

Graduated in communication sciences and enrolled in the association of journalists, she began her career in communication for the travel and tourism sector, following the press office and public relations of the Gardaland Amusement Park.
The experiences gained over the years have allowed her to acquire important expertise in various sectors such as Finance, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical, GDO and Beauty with Italian and international companies.

Lidia Rapisarda

Having joined Heritage House after her experience as a Communication Specialist in San Carlo (Unichips Group), Lidia holds the role of Senior Associate and manages projects in the pharmaceutical, corporate and CSR fields, for companies such as MSD, IBSA, Sperlari.
His career in communication began in MSL Italy (Publicis Group), where he gained important experience in Public Relations, dealing with corporate communication and marketing and managing CSR projects for Italian and international companies including Artsana (Chicco brand, Pic , Lycia), Nestlé Waters (Panna Sanpellegrino brand), Coca Cola, Bolton group (Simmenthal brand), Sanofi, Menarini.
For 3 years, Lidia has supported the General Manager of MSL in support of the European healthcare practice and the international activity on Nestlé.

Lorenzo Bruno

Senior Associate at Heritage House, Lorenzo Bruno specializes in Crisis Communication, Corporate & Finance Communication and Media Relations.
From 2010 to 2018 he worked for carlobruno & associates, an independent consultancy firm specializing in communication policies and strategies. During the years at carlobruno & associates he was the head of Media Relations for the forums organized by The European House Ambrosetti, where about 500 journalists are accredited every year.
Lorenzo attended the Faculty of Economics, course in English, at the University of Turin and is passionate about current affairs, economics, sport and cinema. He is a member of The Others Art Fair association which organizes The Others art fair and of the Sistema Italia association which promotes the model of Adaptive Leadership in Italy.

Alessandra Greco

Joined Heritage House at the end of the Master in Marketing and Corporate Communication, Alessandra holds the role of Junior Account for projects in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and corporate sectors.
Graduated in Communication Sciences at the University of Salento and in Publishing, Public and Social Information Sciences at the Aldo Moro University of Bari, Alessandra took her first steps in the world of local Apulian journalism, writing mainly about sports. After a short life experience in London, she returned to Italy, more precisely to Milan, where she first obtained her Master's degree at the Accademia di Comunicazione and began her career in Heritage House.
He loves the wild and free side of the animal world, the imaginative power of comics, the dystopia of Black Mirror and the silences of Edward Hopper's paintings.

Cristiano Frattini

Young Designer who grew up with Art, Nerd culture and Discovery Channel. This background has allowed him to become passionate about various topics such as, for example, new technologies, history, digital communication and, of course, cinema (with particular affection for Wes Anderson's cinematography).
Graduated from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts and with a course of study in Design of Communication at the Politecnico di Milano, over the years he has acquired notions in the field of social media marketing, semiotics up to the anthropology of communication linked to mass average.
In 2020 he obtained the diploma in User Experience Design through the Higher Education course of the Poli.Design in Milan, thus expanding his professional and personal background. This particular branch of design deals with studying the perceptions and reactions of a user deriving from the use and expectation of a product or service, including all the emotions, beliefs, expectations that it produces in physical and psychological responses.

Rosanna Sepielli

Graduated in accounting with experience in business management and bookkeeping, Rosanna has been working for 3 years at Heritage House where she has expanded her knowledge, supporting the various work teams in event management, in the selection and coordination of suppliers. The activities also include the planning of business trips and the organizational management of shared spaces.
This is not the first experience in a communication company: previously, in fact, Rosanna worked in TT&A srl, where she followed the transformation from a partnership to a joint-stock company dealing with accounting and management of the company operating in full autonomy.
Immediately after graduating, Rosanna studied accounting / tax matters in an international accountancy firm (Studio de Biasi), where she worked for about 10 years. In recent years he has been able to consolidate his knowledge in the various types of activities (from service companies to production companies).
Rosanna is a dynamic and proactive person with a strong attitude to work in a team.
