Over the years the agency has built up a profound knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and particularly of its ethics sector. We undertake multi-stakeholder projects - from advocacy (towards patients’ associations, influencers, opinion leaders and institutions) to disease awareness campaigns. In the nutrition and consumer healthcare area we manage information and awareness campaigns aimed at consumers. This is the Heritage House centre of excellence dedicated to innovation and research applied to communication and corporate reputation. H-Yard is our laboratory of ideas. Here, new communication ecosystems are sought, powered by the convergence of traditional tools, digital platforms, creativity and design, in search of the formula that guarantees the best results in terms of target engagement. He taught pharma communication and corporate social responsibility at the Master del Sole 24 ore. He has been MD of Heritage House since April 2015, as well as a business partner.
He is dealing with corporate reputation, business education and CSR and collaboration projects between the business world and the third sector.
He created the Architectural partnership together with the Social Updates think tank.
He has also gained significant experience in corporate communication and in strengthening corporate reputation.
For 13 years he worked in MSL Group, an international public relations agency, itself part of the French communication group Publicis, listed on the Paris Stock Exchange.
At MSL Roberto was responsible for the Crisis Communication & Public Affairs practice.
In Heritage House, where he is Senior Partner, he coordinates Crisis and Corporate projects, coordinating with the international work teams - when required by the projects - of the PROI Worldwide network, of which Heritage House is a part.
Roberto is also an adjunct professor at the State University of Milan, where he teaches Languages of the Media to Erasmus students. He is also professor of Crisis Communication at the Master of the Academy of Communication. Alongside this activity, he also works as a speaker at international conferences on the subject of corporate reputation.
Graduated in Political Science at the University of Pisa, he subsequently obtained a master's degree in Business Communication at the Academy of Communication.

Lucia has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Corporate and Product Communication, Nutritional Communication, Public Affairs and Relations with stakeholders for the food industry.
In particular, he has always held positions of responsibility in the area of Crisis Prevention and Crisis Management, ensuring the preparation and implementation of specific communication plans and managing crisis situations, also in collaboration with international teams; he also led the development of manuals and the definition of internal company flow processes.
Her professional career began in Hoffman La Roche within the Vitamins Division, for which she dealt with technical-nutritional assistance and Public Affairs and institutional communications activities.
Lucia then arrives in Kellogg's Italy initially covering the role of Nutrition Manager and then joining the Executive Committee of the Company assuming the role of Nutrition & Corporate Affairs Director.

At Heritage since 2018, he previously gained extensive experience working for clients in the aviation, tourism and biotechnology sectors, as well as collaborating in crisis management.

Classical studies, a passion for reading and languages, as well as an intense professional activity, led David to refine his composition and writing skills, making him a reference for the agency's copywriting activities.
After graduating in Classics and a PhD in History of the Ancient Near East, David worked in university research in Paris before returning to Italy and starting a new career. At the end of the master's degree in “Marketing and Business Communication” at the Accademia di Comunicazione, in Milan, he joined MSL Italia (Publicis Group), where he worked on corporate communication for leading national and international companies.
After two first short experiences in the field of events and advertising, Stefania worked 14 years in TT&A, where she gained important experience in Public Relations, dealing with corporate communication and marketing and managing the press office for international clients of various sectors including: Amway, Groupon, Imperial Tobacco, Life Fitness, Motorola, Sony. From 2010 to 2018 he worked for carlobruno & associates, an independent consultancy firm specializing in communication policies and strategies. During the years at carlobruno & associates he was the head of Media Relations for the forums organized by The European House Ambrosetti, where about 500 journalists are accredited every year.
Lorenzo attended the Faculty of Economics, course in English, at the University of Turin and is passionate about current affairs, economics, sport and cinema. He is a member of The Others Art Fair association which organizes The Others art fair and of the Sistema Italia association which promotes the model of Adaptive Leadership in Italy.

Graduated from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts and with a course of study in Design of Communication at the Politecnico di Milano, over the years he has acquired notions in the field of social media marketing, semiotics up to the anthropology of communication linked to mass average.
In 2020 he obtained the diploma in User Experience Design through the Higher Education course of the Poli.Design in Milan, thus expanding his professional and personal background. This particular branch of design deals with studying the perceptions and reactions of a user deriving from the use and expectation of a product or service, including all the emotions, beliefs, expectations that it produces in physical and psychological responses.
This is not the first experience in a communication company: previously, in fact, Rosanna worked in TT&A srl, where she followed the transformation from a partnership to a joint-stock company dealing with accounting and management of the company operating in full autonomy.
Immediately after graduating, Rosanna studied accounting / tax matters in an international accountancy firm (Studio de Biasi), where she worked for about 10 years. In recent years he has been able to consolidate his knowledge in the various types of activities (from service companies to production companies).
